Refund Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
30 days, money back. If you are not satisfied with anything you have bought from the Telecommunications Compensation Fund, ask us within 30 days of that purchase and we will refund it. You do not have to give a reason.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to every product sold on this site, by the Telecommunications Compensation Fund, to the person who paid for it. That is the one-time claim verification fee and each optional upgrade offered after it:
| Product | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Claim Verification | $19 | One time ($99 list) |
| TCF VIP | $19 | Then $19 every 30 days until cancelled |
| Done For You Claim Paperwork | $149 | One time |
| Claim Limit Increase | $99 | One time |
| Faster Payouts | $95 | One time |
| Monthly Recovery | $69 | One time |
| Automated Recovery | $67 | One time |
Everything except TCF VIP is charged a single time and does not renew. TCF VIP is the one subscription on this site: it is stated as a recurring charge at the point of sale, it renews every 30 days until you cancel it, and you can cancel it at any time by asking us or Explodely. There is no trial that turns into a charge. Each charge is treated separately, so you can be refunded for one purchase and keep another.
The 30-day window
The 30 days run from the date of the charge you want refunded, not from the date you first bought something. If you accepted an upgrade a few minutes after your claim verification fee, each one has its own 30 days from its own charge date.
Requests made after 30 days are outside this guarantee. Write to us anyway and tell us what happened — where something has gone wrong at our end we will put it right.
How to ask for a refund
Either route works, and you only need to use one:
- Email us at tcf@prioritysupportv.zendesk.com from the address you used at checkout. Put Refund in the subject line and include the name on the order and roughly when you bought, so we can find the charge.
- Or raise it with Explodely, the payment gateway that processes charges for this site, at help.explodely.com/support/tickets/new.
You do not need your order number. If you do not have it, your email address and approximate purchase date are enough.
What happens next
We answer refund and billing messages first, normally within one business day. Once a refund is approved it is submitted straight away and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else. Your bank then takes its own time to post it, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Charges and refunds for this site are processed through Explodely, so that is the name you will see on your statement and on the refund when it arrives.
What happens to your claim
If we refund your claim verification fee, your claim file is closed at the same time and the claim is withdrawn from review. Refunding an upgrade removes only what that upgrade added — your claim file and everything else you kept stays as it is. Any pending or unreleased payout on a closed file is cancelled with it.
A refused claim is not a refund question
A claim coming back with nothing recovered is a normal outcome of a review, not a fault, and it does not by itself extend the 30 days. Inside the 30 days you can have the verification fee back for any reason at all, including that one.
Before you raise a dispute
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first. A dispute opened with your bank takes weeks to resolve and locks the charge while it runs, where we can usually refund you the same day. We have never refused a refund asked for inside 30 days.
Files we will not refund
We may decline a refund, close the file and void any pending payout where a claim has been opened on somebody else’s account, where the information given was knowingly false, or where the same person has opened multiple files on the same account. This is the only circumstance in which a request inside 30 days is refused.
